Use Case
We traced waste from timber processing, plastic packaging, food and construction waste stored in containers at processing plants.
Unlike other types of waste that are distributed consistently in containers, this waste may occupy a large volume, with a low specific weight (as in the case of packaging) or fill the container unevenly, as in the case of wood waste.
How does it work?
The sensors are installed in less than 5 minutes, immediately recording the volume and GPS position of the containers.
The accuracy of the measurement is guaranteed for containers with a maximum volume of 30 MC. Through the application it was possible to keep track of the filling level and obtain a weight estimate, knowing the specific weight of the waste.
The steel protection of the device ensured resistance to the most common impacts during loading and unloading of the container.
benefits
Having a constant remote control of the filling and position of the containers allowed the collection to be booked automatically.
The operators of the production company did not have to climb onto the container to check its filling, nor did they have to notify the collection company until the sensor indicated that it was full.
Solid waste monitoring
Our devices are able to monitor the filling, weight and position of containers of voluminous waste such as timber and packaging, ensuring accuracy, impact resistance and revenue optimization.
